Youth Girl’s Elite Beach Academy (U14-U18)
Date: June 8 – August 11
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday
Time: 4:00pm- 6:00pm
Please arrive 3:30pm
Location: Woodbine Beach Park
Includes:
-3x/week on Sand Training
-Online Strength Programming – via Strength Coach Reid Hall
-1x/week on sand agility/conditioning – via Strength Coach Matt
-Mizuno Gear kit
-Coach Support at Specific OVA Events
FULL Program (10 week) $2550.00 includes HST
Summer Program (begins June 29) $1830.00 includes HST

Private & Small Group Training -Beach
Day & Time: Email for scheduling
Location: Woodbine Beach
Private Training Session: 1.5 hours $120.00
Pair Team Training Session: 2 hours $180.00
Small Group 4-6 athletes: 2 hours $220.00
Available for one on one personal and/or team development sessions. Personal training provides the opportunity for specific individualized technical, tactical & mental feedback.
